- By placing an order, the customer submits an offer to Caronni srl, Enduropuro division, to purchase the selected product(s).
- Sending a purchase order implies consent (pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from Caronni srl-Enduropuro, aimed at completing and progressing the order.
- Products unavailable or arriving soon – Enduropuro offers the option to order products that are unavailable or arriving soon. In this case, the customer who requested them will be notified of any delays in delivery times.
- If the products are unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, either party is entitled to cancel the order only for the unavailable products, unless a new deadline can be agreed upon.
Order Cancellation: The order may be canceled at any time during the processing phase. To notify us, please send an email to info@enduropuro.it.
The customer cannot cancel an order if one or more items have already been specifically ordered by Enduropuro from its supplier, or if the order is in the process of being shipped (packaged and invoiced), or has already been shipped.
If you cancel an order with advance payment by card or PayPal, we will refund the full amount, excluding transaction fees.
Refused Cash on Delivery: If you refuse cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery) due to non-acceptance or incorrect destination information, you will be required to reimburse Caronni srl for shipping and storage costs, as well as a penalty equal to 20% of the sale price. If payment is not received within seven days of the first reminder, default interest will be calculated on the amount due at the legal interest rate plus two percentage points. Any debt collection costs will be borne by the customer.
N.B. Orders are generally shipped when all requested products are available, unless the customer requests partial shipment, which will result in additional shipping costs.
The exact total amount to be paid will be the total amount of the actual available items that can be shipped, plus shipping costs according to the chosen payment method.
