Returns
- We accept returns of the goods only after agreements and prior authorization by Enduropuro through email or telephone contact, with the following conditions :
- Item or items must be returned in original packaging in perfect condition undamaged, and resalable working without modifications or alterations
- You must have the bill of sale or other document issued by ENDUROPURO for the property in question , dated no earlier than 15 days , in addition to which are not accepted .
- We DO NOT accept returns of goods sold to companies and billed to the holders of VAT .
- The shipping costs for the return are at our expense if the return is caused by our error or by the manufacturer.
- If the return is requested due to an error in the order by the customer (or if you want to return it for other reasons), the transport costs are charged to the customer and there is a restocking fee of € 15.
- The goods must be received at our facility with a maximum time of 10 days from the authorization to return.
- The returned merchandise will be replaced with identical or similar product of equal value or will be ' issued a voucher of equal value to the customer's choice . In the case of voucher of equal value (voucher ) the same must ' be used only solution.
