144cc CYLINDER KIT GASGAS

Big bore cylinder kit 144cc for Gas Gas EC/SM/MC 125 years 2003-2015

The kit includes:

• Cylinder 144cc with exhaust valve (Ø58)
• Piston and cylinder head 144cc
• Cylinder screws
• Valve assy kit
• Gaskets

The kit provides a significant increase in power and torque (approximately + 5cv)

Piston needle bearing not included, available separately, for models with internal diameter conrod 19mm you have to buy the 2013-2015 piston needle bearing, if the conrod internal diameter is 20mm you have to buy the 2001-2008 piston needle bearing
The installation requires a little crankcases modification

For models 2003-2011 with Gas Gas Cylinder you have also to buy the reference ME720201213 (see it in accessories)

For 2003-2011 models the brackets between cylinder head and frame will no longer be used
